My experience with Al Packer Ford was Great.. I just purchased a new 2019 Ford Flex and it was leaking water into the back of the vehicle. of course my husband and I were upset to find the carpet I just purchased a new 2019 Ford Flex and it was leaking water into the back of the vehicle. of course my husband and I were upset to find the carpet around the spare tire soaked. They thought they had fixed it but it still leaked after 3 service calls. But as always Aaron Younger in service came to the rescue. He was AWESOME...he got us right back in Immediately after I called. Aaron has been so patient and understanding of our concerns from the start and is going out of his way to make things right so that we are happy. It seems the leak has been fixed and now Aaron has ordered a new carpet and shade for the vista window that was damaged. I couldn’t be happier with how Al Packer Ford has handled this. Obviously this was a flaw in the manufacturing of this vehicle, not Al Packer Fords fault, but they stand behind their cars 100% Aaron Younger has truly been the best during this and we appreciate him tremendously. Even though I have had this leak problem I can say I am glad bought this vehicle at Al Packer Ford in White Marsh, where I know when issues like this happen I have no worries that it will be fixed to my satisfaction. So I want to Thank Aaron with all my heart. I Highly recommend Al Packer Ford to people to purchase their vehicles because of GREAT Salesmen and Managers, like Josh Eichelberger, who my husband and I just Love. Not only do they have a greats parts department (I own an automotive business and those guys are ALWAYS ready to help), but their customer service is out of this world! I went in on Labor Day after seeing a couple days prior the sales that Ford was offering on 2018 F150's. I did my research and went to the lot prepared, knowing which trucks I was interested in. Bernadette was my saleswoman, and she greeted me within 5 minutes of parking my 1988 F150 on the lot (Huge deal to me, some dealerships will never acknowledge your even there). I told her what I wanted and my slightly complicated financial situation. She worked with me ALL day into the evening to get the deal done. It was not an easy sell since my credit isn't the best, but they went above and beyond to help me get into the truck of my dreams, and at one heck of a great price!! The standout thing for this dealership is the way they handle themselves. It doesn't feel like your buying a car, they feel like family. They genuinely care about if you can afford what your buying, and do everything in their power to make sure they provide the best service humanly possible. I said it long before I bought this truck, but Al Packer White Marsh is HANDS-DOWN the best Ford dealership in Maryland, bar none. Needed repair due to Ford recall. That hasn’t been resolved. Recently received notice that the was a recall issued on my 2014 Ford Escape. Recall indicated I would be notified when parts were available. In the the meantime the I had an issue that disabled my vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to Al Packer Ford in Baltimore. I was informed it was a recall issue but because Ford hadn’t resolved the problem I was required to pay for the repair myself and be reimbursed when I received the recall letter. Jonathan Luther was my advisor. Even though this was an unscheduled repair Jonathan did everything possible to get my car repaired as soon as possible. I do have a grip with ford. In. My opinion ford should have stepped up and taken care of this issue without me having to pay out of pocket. My experience with Al packer and Jonathan was excellent. Tony Jackiewicy More
