Their online statement of "the price you see is the price you pay" is true- they did not factor in every single incentive under the sun to make the price look super low (which is unrealistic for most buyers). I went in for a service and worked with Aaron Younger and it was scheduled to take 1.5 hours and I was waiting. Aaron explained to me there was an issue getting the part they needed and didn't want me to wait, so I was offered a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around all day waiting for it! They put paper on the floor and the seat to keep the vehicle clean while they are servicing it. I'm still new to this dealership but I have been pleasantly surprised up to this point More

Once inside Dave and Casey make it a point to make you feel as if you and your vehicle are the only things that are important!!. I have never had a bad experience when coming in for service. I live in Reisterstown and have a Quick Lane about a block and a half away but I insist on driving over 40 minutes (most of the time longer because of the beltway)to White Marsh because of the service!! I say this all the time but I use to work in a hospital and know how important customer service is and Dave and Casey exemplify it.I can never find the persons that worked on my truck but I would also like to thank them. More
