Dismissive Staff I have been a decades long customer of Al Packer Ford. I over looked being told to come get my xxxxx Truck and to never bring it back for service by C I have been a decades long customer of Al Packer Ford. I over looked being told to come get my xxxxx Truck and to never bring it back for service by Chris the Service Manager back in 2015... I have since purchased vehicles from Al Packer White Marsh Ford. Have had great salesman Rich’s Mylnski and Jerry the general sales manager. Always professional. that’s what kept me going back. Moving to this past Tuesday when I went to the dealership I was greeted bun lance Johnson who was very dismissive. I had all intensions of purchasing a 2019 F450 Limited that day. I asked to test drive the vehicle as I wanted to see any updates from my 16 F450. Again he was dismissive and handed me a card and said check back. This was not my first interaction with this salesman as I dealt with him when taking my nephew to purchase his vehicle and also really didn’t like my interaction but attributed it to maybe him having a bad day. I’ll end with the new management staff is horrible as I sent the sales manager an email and never heard back. Will be taking my business elsewhere Reapectfully Ray More

No Sad Faces Here Throughout the years I’ve been to many dealerships and actually worked at one many years ago so I somewhat know how things work. They did everything but shine my shoes (LOL). They made sure from first contact that they understood the reason why you bought your vehicle in and meet and go bevond expectations. Very friendly Dealership and highly recommended in my Book. When you walk out... smile and say NICE ... you’ll be happy to return and feel the same next time. Arnold is great- Manager is terrible Arnold Silverman was a great salesman. Came in for an STX and left with a Raptor. Came all the way up from Gaithersburg and the manager wouldn’t let m Arnold Silverman was a great salesman. Came in for an STX and left with a Raptor. Came all the way up from Gaithersburg and the manager wouldn’t let me test drive either truck. Went to other dealership in Gaithersburg to test drive. Manager sucks at Al Packer. If I wasn’t tired of driving 1.5 hours, I would of made a bigger deal. He obviously isn’t interested in the sale of trucks, just how pretty they look on the showroom. Manager wouldn’t work on my trade-in. Bottom line- if it wasn’t for Arnold, I would of walked out. Arnold= 5 stars- Manager= 0 star More
