I began my search for a new car at another area Honda dealership but got the usual car business game. Mark and David really were so easy to work with. It was low pressure and I was totally comfortable dealing with them. They just wanted to get me in the car I was looking for and come up with a deal that was fair to both parties. It seemed like they really appreciated my business. I had recieved Jays number from a friend when i had mentioned i was looking for a truck. After seeing a few trucks Jay turned me on the a Honda civic si. I came in expecting to only test drive a CRV because I only had a small budget and did not expect to be able to afford anything at the dealership. Tom and Greg were so helpful. We had a 2003 Element that was rear-ended and totaled. No injuries and we wanted another. We thought about a used one, but we decided to get a new Element. I came over Saturday and met Gary Silvey who was extremely helpful. He offered for me to drive home an Element to show my wife, and we came back that evening. We decided on the color and it was located and brought to the dealership. An unpleasant experience with the demise of our 2003 Element was turned into a pleasant experience with the purchase of our 2011 Element. We look forward to many enjoyable years with our 2011 Element and our association with Airport Honda. More

I visited four dealerships before finally stopping at Airport Honda on my way home the other evening. I walked in the door at Airport Honda, and I was greeted by Jay, the friendliest salesperson I'd met all day. He asked me what I needed, and I told him point blank exactly what I wanted for my car and that I was interested in purchasing a Civic under a certain price. He went to work immediately on pricing the value of my trade and finding me the newest used Civic in the best shape for my budget. All of the businesses I had been to that day had me waiting around for an hour or more just to work rough numbers, and, in less than 20 minutes, Jay had a car picked out for me that met my expectations and worked his magic getting me a sweet deal. He got me the money I wanted for my trade and got me an awesome deal on my Civic. I was even able to add a couple of options and still came out under budget. I was so happy! Not only was my salesman wonderful, but the business office workers were wonderful, too, and they made the paperwork part of everything stress-free. Overall I had a great experience, and I will return to Aiport Honda whenever I decide to get a new car years from now. I left the dealership a satisfied customer. I will highly recommend Aiport Honda to any fellow car shoppers. Oh, and not only did I enjoy the whole experience, I love my new ride! It's smooth and peppy and handles like a dream.
