The numbers seemed reasonable, but as I wasn't in a burning desire to buy, I was on the fence about the deal. I asked about an extended warranty of 5 years and 100K miles, and if it could be thrown in the deal at no cost to me. The sales manager came back with an affirmative, and the sale was agreed to. When finally took back to finalize the paperwork, it was discussed that there had to be a line item showing the extended warranty for sales, tax, and transparency purposes, but that the negotiated price was adjusted accordingly. I signed the paperwork and drove away with my new car. A couple days later, I pulled out the paperwork and looked through the numbers, and noticed that the financed amount seemed high. As I worked through all the numbers it soon came to be that i had been charged for the extended warranty. I went back to the dealer and showed the paperwork and asked to be explained how this had come to be. The finance manager would not see me, and I was left to go through the sales manager, who could not tell me anything about the numbers other than it was worked into the "interest rate." To top it off, i was also told that it was never agreed on to be free, but just discounted! After an hour of stonewalling, no answers, no contact with the person that actually worked up the signed paperwork, I left with nothing more than "its in the interest rate and we never said it would be free." On a separate note and move to almost a month later and I finally receive the registration from the county clerk for a transfer of my plate to the new car, but it only has a month left before needing to be renewed. That part sounds trivial, but after paying a sizable price for the car and being cheated out of a negotiated item, I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for another year of registration for a brand new car that is a month old. I feel this dealer robbed me and lied to me, and will not be going back. More

While closing her deal I asked about getting something smaller than my Dodge Aspen with better gas mileage. Within 2 hours we were closing on our second car...brand new Honda Civic XE. Since then Kevin has kept in touch when something comes up that I might be interested in... so the 2014s came out and had a lot to offer. I drove off in that car with same payments just adding time to length of loan. I drove that car for 13 months and Kevin contacted me again concerning all the changes in the 2016s. I told him I would be in for oil change and was willing to listen but couldn't see how it would benefit me. I drove away in the 2016. Henry Love asked the right questions, made the right responses, and gave me honest answers. I felt like it mattered to him if I found the right car for ME. While I was working with LaMarcus Thompson on financing, he unloaded my rental into my new vehicle from the junk in the trunk to the chewing gum on the dashboard. He even set my radio to the station I was playing on the drive over! Meanwhile, Mr. Thompson found me an excellent interest rate, got me through the paperwork and let me look at his UT football pictures while he was finishing the transaction. And now I'm driving the newly redesigned Honda Civic and it is great! More

Excellent Experience When it came time to replace my wife's '96 Camry, we knew that it was going to be between a new Camry or Accord. We first went to the a Toyota Dealership and was treated very well and almost went with them. But we decided to give Airport Honda a chance and we are very happy we did! Kevin Coffman and Bruce Wayne put us completely at ease and made it clear they wanted to do what was best for us. Kevin had come highly recommended by friends and he (and Bruce) completely lived up to and exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough. On the financing side, LaMarcus Thompson was absolutely the best. Even though we kept him after hours, he was very patient with my wife and I to make sure that we knew exactly what we were getting.
