I went there because I had over the years purchased 3 Hondas, and had always been treated with the utmost respect and level of professionalism I had not received at other dealerships, even Honda ones. A friend had recommended we work with Russ Wakeman, so we asked for him and he immediately met us and went over and above to try and find the best used Honda for my son. He walked from one end of that lot to the other trying to find the best car. He was not pushy nor trying to sell us a car that would not be in my son's best interest over the years. We finally asked him about a new car. He walked from one of that lot to the other end with my son looking for the right car. He allowed us to drive any car we were interested in. When my son described the kind of car he wanted Russ immediately went and found that car and then drove us to where the car was so we did not have to walk on an extremely hot day. We did purchase the new car and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Russ and the other staff there at Airport Honda. I have to say that I was impressed with Russ's level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire experience. He not only made us feel confident that we made the right choice on the day of our purchase, but he has followed up with us on 3 occasions since that date. The superior folks in their Service Department took care of every scheduled maintenance with a friendly professional attitude and an amazing attention to every detail. When the 2015's came out I decided it was time to upgrade and get a few new features, so I dropped in and spoke with James about the new models and the options available. He was patient throughout all of my questions as well as my request to test drive two different vehicles. His knowledge of the vehicles and the available options was exceptional. And his dedication to making sure I was getting into the right vehicle for my needs acted as an indispensable guide for my decision. Since I was after a particular set of options, the vehicle I wanted wasn't available on the lot. This was expected of course. They checked the inventory and had my new vehicle available within a week. Amazingly efficient service all the way around. I took ownership of my new 2015 and I've been absolutely overjoyed with it every mile since. It's awesome knowing I have the reliability and safety of a Honda and the exceptional support of of all the folks at Airport Honda in Alcoa. More
