Crooked Sales guy! Spent most of my Saturday going back and forth from what was confirmed over phone. Chris said that his manager would make the deal with me for a 2015 Spent most of my Saturday going back and forth from what was confirmed over phone. Chris said that his manager would make the deal with me for a 2015 EXL. When I got there they should me the car that I wanted and that the agreed on over the phone but then they started telling me they could do it for the price he said over the phone. I should had left then but kept trying to get what I originally asked for. I was convinced in getting a EX and was told the only difference was the touch screen radio and leather seats. Due to it being late I went on his word and got burned on getting a less impressive car with much fewer option than was told. Normally the sales person will place his business cards in the owners manual but he did not, so Chris' last name slips my memory. Since then I tried to call and send a email to my sales guy with no response. My front windows have air leaks, transmission is leaking and radio software locks up all the time. I still get emails for servicing my old car that I traded-in but nothing on my new 2015 that I purchased on 8/22/2015. I have actually purchased 4 cars now at this dealership and this is the worst of any. It is actually my 7th Honda that I have owned. My future ones will not be with this dealership anymore. More

Henry Love, our salesman met us and was very helpful and showed us around and we wound up buying a "Certified" 2013 Honda Civic. Interior had been trashed by former owners so they are doing clean up/ repairs. I do believe Mr. Love could sell ANYTHING. We just got frustrated at the amount of time it took both times we were there, but they WERE very busy, Homer Hart was very nice to us and Mike Gilbert was ESPECIALLY helpful and willing to get our problem took care of. Best car ever! Recently purchased a 2105 Honda CrossTour. I have never owned a Honda before but really liked the looks and functionality of the CrossTour so thought Recently purchased a 2105 Honda CrossTour. I have never owned a Honda before but really liked the looks and functionality of the CrossTour so thought I'd give Honda a try. From the minute I arrived at Airport Honda, I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of this dealership and with Greg Tapp, the employee that guided me through my purchase. I drove the car from Knoxville TN to New Jersey for the holidays and it was the most comfortable ride I've ever had! (and I used to have a Mercedes!) The car's performance was beyond my expectations. Contrary to popular belief, I did not have to deal with any high-pressure sales pitch - Greg told me what I needed to know about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the CrossTour and Honda in general. It was a great experience for me and I purchased a quality product. I would highly recommend Airport Honda to anyone interested in dealing with the best! More
