My salesman Kevin Coffman listened to my needs and put me in a great Honda CRV and LaMarcus kept everything moving right along! I am a 3x customer and not once have I been disappointed. As a woman I always hated the buying process, but not here, they are truly wonderful, patient and professional. Airport Honda makes buying a car fun, not painful and they don't stop with their great service at the sale. Kevin continually checks in with me on my satisfaction and his birthday card is ALWAYS the first to arrive! Our salesperson, Dagean Long, was friendly and helpful throughout our buying process. Airport Honda had several used cars of the type we were seeking. When we explored financing, we found Homer Hart to be very helpful. We did not feel pushed into any of the decisions we made. After getting the vehicle home, we found that the floor mats were not in the car, but Dagean has taken responsibility for solving that problem. All in all, it was a good experience. Trustin Hampton was helpful in getting one question about the vehicle answered. More

He always follows up with us during the year and makes sure we are comfortable and pleased with our vehicle and know all there is to know. We also enjoyed working with LaMarcus Thompson, who made sure our Finance experience was smooth and flawless and went as quickly as possible. Kevin scheduled an appointment for us with service, with Bill Burns, who made sure he took good care of us and had some special equipment transferred in a minimal amount of time.
