A customer believes that when they purchase a Certified car that it has been thoroughly and carefully looked at. It should not be up to me, the sales person, or my son to check for faults; it is up to the person/persons who certify the vehicle . That's what trusting the dealer is all about. The rear view mirror was positioned in such a way that the windshield damage could not be seen on the day we purchased the car. The damage existed BEFORE I drove it home, and I strongly object to any insinuation that it was done after it was driven home. In fact, when we brought it back for you to repair the windshield--that was when the wheel covers were scuffed by one of your people.. One was repaired; the other still is there, but not noticeable enough to go through the hassle. I did take the car , and another, for a test drive, but you must admit that 20-30 minutes test-driving the car does not give you enough time for an informed and important decision for buying a car. As for signing that I was informed, there was so much back and forth and discussion and papers flying that we were lucky to leave within 24 hours, and I was lucky to have any presence of mind left. Paperwork can be presented properly but circumstances don't always dictate an understandable response. Again, we do not believe the fault lies with Tim, the salesperson, but with the way the dealership interacted with us. I do not appreciate this, and will not purchase a car from Airport Honda again, nor can I recommend them.

Dear Mr. Denny: You can sell me the car at the price your salesmen quoted me over the phone minus my counter offer, which was put on paper and given to the sales manager. If you agree to this offer, I would like the paperwork done by phone, or online, if possible. I also want the car delivered to me at my home near west Knoxville.
