I went looking for a Honda CR-V, and my wonderful salesman, Kevin Coffman found the perfect CR-V for my family. Everything was explained to us very well. I honestly have no complaints at all with any of the employees who helped us. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a Honda! More

When I had my Honda toed to Airport Honda, I received a call from Bill Honda giving me the cost of a replacement. I questioned the cost and Bill treated me as a number and kept telling me he was going by the book. I can understand rules but fail to understand basic customer manners or even efforts to work with me. I wanted so much to look at other options but – with a flat pac tire, no spare, and the major cost of towing across town, there were no other options. Very reluctantly, I agreed to purchase a brand new tire but never heard nothing more from Bill that day. On Monday when I arrived to pick up my Honda, Bill told me he just replaced the damaged tire with a new one. I would have thought there would have been a rotation putting the new one on front but Bill was so into himself, I meant nothing to him. He just simply blew me off as just another number. Not even a thank you or any kind words. I can’t help but wonder how many other customers he has turned off as much as me. This time, I experienced one of the very worse customer relations/customer support that I have ever experienced and I am sorry Airport Honda has such a person in their employment. I will never ever bring my business to Alcoa Honda again and will strongly recommend likewise to others. More

Excellence in Every Way Salesman Kevin Coffman helped us all along our way as we explored the Accord and the CR-V. His knowledge of the vehicles was consistent with my prior Salesman Kevin Coffman helped us all along our way as we explored the Accord and the CR-V. His knowledge of the vehicles was consistent with my prior reading, but he knew even more. His hands-on instruction in the car we chose was most helpful, and he was patient. I especially like how he matched his pace to ours: to the point, but friendly, to help us get through a timely process efficiently due to our time frame. We also had the opportunity to meet General Manager Chris Denny. I highly recommend Kevin and Airport Honda if you want a professional car buying experience! A great team! More
