Henry Love, our salesman met us and was very helpful and showed us around and we wound up buying a "Certified" 2013 Honda Civic. Interior had been trashed by former owners so they are doing clean up/ repairs. I do believe Mr. Love could sell ANYTHING. We just got frustrated at the amount of time it took both times we were there, but they WERE very busy, Homer Hart was very nice to us and Mike Gilbert was ESPECIALLY helpful and willing to get our problem took care of. Best car ever! Recently purchased a 2105 Honda CrossTour. I have never owned a Honda before but really liked the looks and functionality of the CrossTour so thought Recently purchased a 2105 Honda CrossTour. I have never owned a Honda before but really liked the looks and functionality of the CrossTour so thought I'd give Honda a try. From the minute I arrived at Airport Honda, I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of this dealership and with Greg Tapp, the employee that guided me through my purchase. I drove the car from Knoxville TN to New Jersey for the holidays and it was the most comfortable ride I've ever had! (and I used to have a Mercedes!) The car's performance was beyond my expectations. Contrary to popular belief, I did not have to deal with any high-pressure sales pitch - Greg told me what I needed to know about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the CrossTour and Honda in general. It was a great experience for me and I purchased a quality product. I would highly recommend Airport Honda to anyone interested in dealing with the best! More

The numbers seemed reasonable, but as I wasn't in a burni During the negotiation stage, the sales price of the car and trade in value were discussed. The numbers seemed reasonable, but as I wasn't in a burning desire to buy, I was on the fence about the deal. I asked about an extended warranty of 5 years and 100K miles, and if it could be thrown in the deal at no cost to me. The sales manager came back with an affirmative, and the sale was agreed to. When finally took back to finalize the paperwork, it was discussed that there had to be a line item showing the extended warranty for sales, tax, and transparency purposes, but that the negotiated price was adjusted accordingly. I signed the paperwork and drove away with my new car. A couple days later, I pulled out the paperwork and looked through the numbers, and noticed that the financed amount seemed high. As I worked through all the numbers it soon came to be that i had been charged for the extended warranty. I went back to the dealer and showed the paperwork and asked to be explained how this had come to be. The finance manager would not see me, and I was left to go through the sales manager, who could not tell me anything about the numbers other than it was worked into the "interest rate." To top it off, i was also told that it was never agreed on to be free, but just discounted! After an hour of stonewalling, no answers, no contact with the person that actually worked up the signed paperwork, I left with nothing more than "its in the interest rate and we never said it would be free." On a separate note and move to almost a month later and I finally receive the registration from the county clerk for a transfer of my plate to the new car, but it only has a month left before needing to be renewed. That part sounds trivial, but after paying a sizable price for the car and being cheated out of a negotiated item, I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for another year of registration for a brand new car that is a month old. I feel this dealer robbed me and lied to me, and will not be going back. More
