Awesome and very easy I went in earlier today to purchase my first car, a 2009 Honda Accord. We had been monitoring cars.com daily to find the car we wanted. We had found a Ford we were interested in but still really liked the Traverse. One evening after we had been out looking all day we came across a Traverse at Airport Honda. I actually went and drove one at a nearby dealership and then went to Honda. The one at Honda was in better condition all around and was just a better deal. We dealt with Matt Nitzband while we were there and he was great. My husband and I were on different schedules and he was very flexible so that we could do our test drives at different times. He kept is very informed and made us an awesome deal (even though the car was already a good deal). We would definitely recommend Airport Honda! More
Love my new car from Airport Honda!!! I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord at Airport Honda. My experience was wonderful. I spoke with my salesman, Kevin Coffman, before I arrived I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord at Airport Honda. My experience was wonderful. I spoke with my salesman, Kevin Coffman, before I arrived about what I was looking to see when I arrived later that day. When I arrived, he greeted me at the front, took me to the vehicles I had requested to see, and the rest is history. The whole process was simple. I was treated like a VIP from the minute I walked in the door. Finance was handled quickly as Homer was prepared with my documents when I walked in the Finance doors. The General Manager, Chris Denny, even personally thanked me for my business before I left. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! More

He was really helpful and the whole team stayed past closing time so I could drive my car home. It was nice and clean and didn't smell weird. I worked with Matt Nitzband who helped me to decide on the perfect fit and ended up going with the Civic. I appreciate Matt’s expertise and knowledge. Crooked Sales guy! Spent most of my Saturday going back and forth from what was confirmed over phone. Chris said that his manager would make the deal with me for a 2015 Spent most of my Saturday going back and forth from what was confirmed over phone. Chris said that his manager would make the deal with me for a 2015 EXL. When I got there they should me the car that I wanted and that the agreed on over the phone but then they started telling me they could do it for the price he said over the phone. I should had left then but kept trying to get what I originally asked for. I was convinced in getting a EX and was told the only difference was the touch screen radio and leather seats. Due to it being late I went on his word and got burned on getting a less impressive car with much fewer option than was told. Normally the sales person will place his business cards in the owners manual but he did not, so Chris' last name slips my memory. Since then I tried to call and send a email to my sales guy with no response. My front windows have air leaks, transmission is leaking and radio software locks up all the time. I still get emails for servicing my old car that I traded-in but nothing on my new 2015 that I purchased on 8/22/2015. I have actually purchased 4 cars now at this dealership and this is the worst of any. It is actually my 7th Honda that I have owned. My future ones will not be with this dealership anymore. More
