Wonderful I had been communicating with Brett over the internet for a couple days before visiting Airport Honda, as I had never visited a dealership before an I had been communicating with Brett over the internet for a couple days before visiting Airport Honda, as I had never visited a dealership before and did not know what to expect. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable about my visit, especially since I was coming from out of town. Once I arrived, I spoke with Tony. He immediately smiled, greeted me, and invited me in. he did everything possible to work with me and make sure I stayed within my strict budget. He was kind, patient, made an effort to get to know me, and was very helpful. Afterwards, I spoke with LaMarcus about financing. LaMarcus was charming, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. I ended up purchasing the car I had initially intended on only viewing. Airport Honda and its associates did everything they could to make me feel welcome, important, and like a true customer.
