He asked me what I was looking for and asked what were my must haves. He listened to what I wanted and showed me only the options according to my wants. Not only did I leave paying exactly what I should have but I also came out great on my trade-in. He worked for me to make certain that I got all the accessories I wanted for my new car. He alsocame to my house to pick up my car and have the accessories put on my car. In 3 short years we will be car shopping for my 13 year olds first car and Jay is exactly the salesman I hope to work with in this next car buying experience.
