We got no pressure at all, although we had pretty much decided exactly what we wanted beforehand, Kevin asked questions to make sure we were getting the appropriate model and trim level for our needs. He also was very thorough in explaining the many new features and all the equipment on the vehicle. He even called us a couple days later to ask if we had any questions and made sure that we have his number to call if we have any issues at all, or to make appts for service. I would definitely recommend AIrport Honda and Kevin Coffman to friends wanting a new vehicle. Our visit was a complete success. We got the exact vehicle we wanted at a decent price. More

They were very helpful and understanding that my husband and I work opposite schedules and were unable to find a time to get to the dealer at the same time. Levi was super attentive and listened to all our needs and found us the perfect car. He was so genuine and seemed like he truly cared about us. I never felt like he was trying to pressure us into buying things we don’t need (unlike some people who try to take advantage of the elderly). That kind of customer service is hard to find!
