I told Patrick exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted to stay at. He found me the exact car I was looking for while we were still on the phone. The next day, I was driving off the car lot with it. Patrick, was patient and even helped me entertain my 4 year old while we completed the paperwork process. John, was very helpful with the finance side. I was very stubborn and told him that I didn't want to go with anyone else but my bank.
