I really tried to buy a truck from them, either new or used. The first red flag was that some of their used inventory was listed as being in another town. When I asked about seeing those trucks, they told me that they were at a storage lot and customers were not allowed to see vehicles at that location. Is this possible? Maybe, but I think they shared listings with Lakeland CJDR and just didn't want me to drive over there to talk with them. So I asked them to work numbers on two different trucks that they showed in their extended inventory (probably over there at Lakeland CJDR. I told them that if they try to cram in crazy fees or something like that, I would walk. I asked them to send me a deal when they got it ready and we could negotiate the numbers and see if we could come to terms before they brought a vehicle in from the other location. I get a call from a sales manager who was clearly unaware of my conversation. No numbers had been assembled. When I asked about their fees, he attempted to skirt the question, but I finally pushed him to reveal everything. The list of fees includes a $1,799 "Reconditioning Fee" in addition to their dealer fee. I told him I was not interested in doing business with them and ended the call. I think this dealer is low on integrity and will do whatever they can to get you on the lot and waste your time. I ended up buying a used truck at a different dealership in town. More

We even sent them pictures of our trade in just to make sure as it was an hour and a half from where we live and we have an 8 day old infant on top me being in a wheelchair. I followed up shortly after to speak to the sales manager to triple check the accuracy of their online price and the value of my trade. He assured me that the price of the truck was accurate and that our trade in estimate would be relatively accurate. We got there and received an offer $6,840 less than what was given to us with absolutely no attempt to offer even a dollar more. If you’re thinking about buying from this place either come with cash only or go somewhere else. Now my vehicle has depreciated from wasted miles to go there. On top of this a sales manager called me after I left to argue with me about how it isn’t their fault that their own website offers too much for trade in vehicles and tried to use the pandemic as a reason that the prices aren’t correct. You know because that’s someone else’s fault that their website is broken. Pathetic. More

I didn't have a great first experience with the service department, but decided to give them another chance -- that was a mistake and I will not be back. I scheduled a 2 year / 20K mile appointment for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee online over a week ahead of time and included 2 concerns that I wanted addressed: an issue with the screen spontaneously rebooting and an odd drainage sound during heavy rains. Starting 4 days ago, I received at least one call a day and one text a day asking me to confirm my appointment, which I did every time. When I arrived, the service team acted as if they didn't know I was coming in even though I was assigned to an advisor when I made my appointment. When she read the issues I'd included when I made the appointment, she told me they only have 2 technicians working today and they weren't prepared to address the screen issue unless it was a simple software update. And the person who could address the sunroof drainage issue only comes in on Tuesdays -- today is Saturday. None of this was noted on the website, I was not made aware of this during the 6+ times the dealership confirmed my appointment. I decided to have the 2 year service (oil & filter change) done anyway as I wanted to test drive a Wrangler. I came back to the service department after over an hour to learn that they hadn't brought my car in for service yet and it would be another hour and a half. Maybe that's my fault for not asking for an ETA from the beginning, but considering I had an appointment for service and only needed an oil / filter change, I think 2 1/2 hours is far too long to wait. And they had no shuttle service even though that was offered on their website. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wanted to purchase some accessories for my Cherokee and plan to purchase a Wrangler in addition to my Cherokee in the near future. I won't be returning to Airport CDJR. I understand good employees are hard to find these days and lots of places are understaffed. But including driving time, I lost a precious 3 hours our of my Saturday and still need my vehicle serviced. Stay away unless you have lots of time to waste. More
I am beyond disappointed in this dealership. I bought a brand new 2500 Ram less than a year ago. I have been stranded 4 times now due to the battery not keeping a charge so I purchased a jump box. I called to get it in for a diagnosis and was told they will need to perform the diagnosis before they can get me a rental car as they do not have any loaner cars. This could take a while so if I need to get to work or whatever I will have to come out of my pocket for transportation. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will not recommend this dealership to ant of my friends or family. More

They are xxxx sons of xxxxxxx, they call you and offer you a car for a price, when you get there they make you wait for more than 8 hours, when you are so tired that you can no longer think well, they sel you a car for a price, when you get there they make you wait for more than 8 hours, when you are so tired that you can no longer think well, they sell you the car at a very price much higher than the initial offer. Then they bombard you with advertising to tell you that they are at your service in case the vehicle has any fault, and when you call them or write them an email to give you an answer, they do not respond, they act neglected. 1) Scammers to sell and 2) Terrible after sales service. What a mess. We purchased a new Jeep Compass an it wouldn’t start within 72 hours. The radio and Bluetooth have been replaced 3 times and it is not functioning again. I have a case with Jeep and they are doing nothing.Right now we are driving with no Bluetooth, radio and some safety features which don’t work. More
