Our saleswoman was easy to work with, took our wants and needs into consideration when showing and acquiring vehicles for us. When I took delivery of my vehicle, I had some issues with it (manufacturers defects). Contacted the GM for this dealership, Scott, and he was extremely helpful with rectifying these issues and making everything perfect in every way. I would highly recommend Airport CDJ to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle! More

I walked and and was greeted by a very nice hostess. She was concerned we had to wait more then 5 mins for our appointment so she got the next sales rep available. She made us feel very special. My family and I were greeted by a sales rep named Brendon. I noticed him when we first walked he was very professional and always had a big smile. He was so polite and genuine. We had some credit issues and a lot of obstacles to over come. I ran into some pretty terrible experiences in the past and I was very skeptical of visiting a car dealership. Brendon put all of my past frustrations to rest. He restored our faith in humanity. He spent a long time getting us the best deal with a very hard working and caring finance manager named Chuck. Brendon was determined to make sure we left in a safe reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership above all others. They earned my business for life. More
Out of state buyer on Hellcat Challenger I came in contact with Randy Bhikha at Airport CDJ after finding the Dodge Challenger Hellcat I was looking for, optioned exactly as I wanted it, list I came in contact with Randy Bhikha at Airport CDJ after finding the Dodge Challenger Hellcat I was looking for, optioned exactly as I wanted it, listed on their website at a sub-MSRP price. I reached out to the dealership to confirm the price and Randy called me less than 5 minutes later at 7:30pm EST on a weekday. We briefly chatted, he confirmed the price, and we agreed to put the deal together the next day. Everything was up front and straight forward with the entire car buying process. The deal took much longer to complete than I would've liked (right at a month from initial contact to vehicle delivery), but that has to do with the state of Florida requirements for dealing with an out of state buyer and were beyond the control of the dealership. I opted to finance through the dealership for additional cost savings off the car. The process for getting the financing documentation put together and through QC took longer than I deemed appropriate and the bank took WAY longer (over a calendar week) to clear everything which I thought unacceptable. But again, not things that the dealership had direct control over. Randy (and George) were tireless in answering my questions at any time, day or night. They were patient with me when I was irritated with how long it was taking. Randy took personalized videos of the car and sent to me without my prompting in order to show me the whole condition of the car and all her features. Randy also did all the leg work with setting up a good, high quality auto shipper for me to meet my timeline guidance and then forward my contact directly to them, showing that the dealership wasn't trying to make money on the back end through marking up shipping quotes. I found this to be very classy. I can't comment on the parts/service departments nor can I really comment on the state of the facility as a whole since I did the deal over the phone and email, but through the videos the SRT section of the dealership particularly looks very clean and exceptionally well laid out. All in all, I was very happy to do business with Randy and Airport CDJ. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted, catered to my unusual requests, remained in constant contact, were professional, and did all the legwork which made the buying process very relaxed from my end. The car arrived by my deadline, at the price I wanted, and in the condition I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Randy and this dealership again. More

My salesman, George Rivera, dealt with me patiently and professionally for a couple of months due to my personal issues and the fact that I was looking for a particular vehicle. George was courteous, concerned and kept in touch with me throughout this process. He made positive suggestions and always had my back. The financial manager, Justin, worked extremely hard to save me monies and did so. I chose the dealership in the beginning due to the fact that most of the Jeeps I saw while driving, the quality nice-looking ones had Airport CDJ on them. Very wise decision on my part. Please if you are in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, choose Airport CDJ and you will be greatly satisfied. My 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is now named Pearl and I am PLEASED AS PUNCH!!! 2nd chance I originally found this dealership through cars.com. I was specifically looking for a Jeep Renegade and they had the best prices posted and largest in I originally found this dealership through cars.com. I was specifically looking for a Jeep Renegade and they had the best prices posted and largest inventory. Just read he fine print because the pricing online includes rebates. Very confusing until you sit down and start working on the numbers. My sales person Was Romeo a non-aggressive and go with flow kind of guy. I liked him and I felt at ease no high pressure sales like I had been through the night before somewhere else. I test drove a yellow renegade even though yellow wasn't my car but I wanted a feel for the way the car drove. After the test drive I knew I wanted this Jeep. I asked about the trade-in policy. I told Romeo I didn't have my car with me to trade in. I just had sone work done and the car was at the shop. Romeo said sure no problem we'll tow the car for you. I sat down with him to negotiate the car. I asked about the 0% financing and rebates. I filled out an application and he presented it to his manager. Everything happened so quickly I was approved for 0%. I was shocked at how quick and smooth the process was.. I then waited what seemed like hours for the finance guy Justin. Presented me with paperwork (lots of it). Closed the deal on 0% and 60 months. I purchased he warranty for $2004 and $595 for the maintenance package. However, later I doubted this purchase because... why would I need a warranty on a brand new car. Are jeeps that unreliable? I took my chance and went back one week later to cancel the warranty and maintenance package. I had No problem canceling, however Justin informed me the bank came back and didn't approve me at 0% and I would need to sign another contract at 1.9% and my payments would stay the same but I would pay interest!? I felt bamboozled into a sale at 0%. If I would have know this was a possibility at our first meeting I would have been more understanding and less nervous. One of the factors for my quick decision was the 0%. I also thought back to the paperwork, wait did he provide me witheverything I needed? All the copies I signed? I then started my research on purchasing cars which I should have done in the beginning. I read about spot delivery and yo-yo financing and looking at ratings of the dealership at dealer rater, BBB, yelp, Google etc. some were really good others weren't. I honestly was freaking out! what did I get myself into. I emailed and called the finance guy for answers. He never responded to my emails and called me back once and told me not to worry everything was good to go. It wasn't until I called Chrysler finance and they had not received paperwork yet and my deal wasn't finalized. At his point I had been driving around for almost 2 weeks in my Renegade. I do believe Justin tried to get me the 0%. Chrysler finance confirmed there was a lot of communication going back and forth. The last person I contacted was the General Manager. I didn't contact him first because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I wanted it fixed. Was my loan never approved at 0% or was I told that to get a sale? I'm not sure.. Scott the general manager was prompt with his response to me. Very apologetic and wanting to resolve the issues so that we could all move on. We talked on the phone and he made promises that he would resolve it or I could return the car. I then met with him in person and sure enough he worked out a solution that I was ultimately happy with. He calmed my nerves and reassured me that they have a family owned business and they want to make sure everyone walks away happy. At the same time Romeo kept in touch through the processes reassuring me that everything would work out. I really appreciate everything Scott and his team did to turn around a situation that was causing me a lot of stress. I am now a happy owner of a Jeep rengade. Note if you have any issues the team at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep want to do what they can to resolve it and the customer comes first. This is what you call top notch customer service. More
