Not only was I mislead over the phone, prior to coming in but Xavier( the lead technician) LIED DIRECTLY TO MY FACE. Not to mention, that they must assume that all customers are total morons, by the way that I was treated and spoken to. I am a successful, college educated, 55 year old man, one who has purchased (and had serviced) many new cars in my life time and many of them, Chrysler products. Though this dealership is the most convenient for me, I will now be making a longer drive to a Chrysler deal, who appreciates my business. More

Sales manager (young African American male - never gave his name) started his sales pitch by insulting me in front of his sales Worst experience ever. Sales manager (young African American male - never gave his name) started his sales pitch by insulting me in front of his sales rep and my son. My son and I were there to look at a Challenger that was advertised on line for $30,400. They first tried to "bait and switch" us by claiming the car in the ad was not the one we looked at and test drove. When we showed the VIN numbers matched, the sales rep brought over his manager. The manager proceeded to show me MSRP pricing of $36,900. i stopped him by saying the ad was for $30,400 and I was not interested in paying $36,900. I had also mentioned to the rep about 30 minutes earlier that we had to leave by a certain time for another appointment. So when the obnoxious, unprofessional sales manager started trying to switch us to another car, I told him we didn't have time. So this Cretan says "so you have time if I gave you your price but you don't have time to look at another car?". As I stood up and told him we were done, he started to mumble under his breath and tore up the offer sheet in a snit. I would recommend you find another dealership. New Grand Cherokee Trailhawk I was in the market for an all wheel drive or 4x4 SUV. My wife and I went to several dealerships and test drove different makes and models. He wasn't push and sent me info on several vehicles. We worked together over email and texts for almost 2 weeks before I could drive down to make a deal. When I did, we sat down and discussed all my options and I got the best deal possible on a 4x4 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Greg bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy with my new purchase. He even drove all the way to Daytona Beach to get my wife's signature ( she wanted to be on the title as well) so that I wouldn't have drive all the way back to Orlando! Airport will make you happy...no doubt about it! More
