I was looking at a truck on their website but had Sarasota CDJR in the photo's. I called to inquire where the truck was, they verified it is at sister store in Sarasota but they can bring it to Orlan Sarasota CDJR in the photo's. I called to inquire where the truck was, they verified it is at sister store in Sarasota but they can bring it to Orlando. I said ok, then he said in order to do that I need to come in and do all the paperwork to buy the truck, then they will bring it. I said I haven't even looked at it or driven it, why would i do the purchase paperwork without seeing it. Then he ignored that and started to ask me for credit information. No No No!!!!! THAT alone says they want your money and don't care about you. I NEVER shop places that do that first. Tip to dealer, maybe ask me what I am interested in and why, am I trading, have you driven one of these... BEFORE you try to run credit. Never even discussed price, dealer fees, available extended warranty, nope straight for credit. More
