POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- BAIT AND SWITCH On February 25, 2018 we found a car we fell in love with on True Cars.com. We chatted with the representative online and he gave us the webpage of a On February 25, 2018 we found a car we fell in love with on True Cars.com. We chatted with the representative online and he gave us the webpage of airportcdj to look at. The car was listed on both webpages. He then set up an appointment with us for first thing in the am. We drove from New Port Richey to across the state. (over 2 hrs) Once we arrived we were politely greeted by our sales Rep Jason and his manager. We were told to sit and have some coffee while he gathered an inventory of cars for us to look at. He had disappeared for over 45 minutes! I checked with another manager at the desk to see where he went. Jason eventually came back and said he couldn't find the car we were interested in. We were not happy to hear this news. He told us he would be right back.. Again, we waited... he eventually came back and said he had bad news, the car was in Venice Florida!! (Reminder, it was listed on both webpages as being in Orlando and the online rep even stated it!) At this point after waiting over an hour on a Sunday and not seeing any cars at all , instead of being rude, we very nicely asked if there was some other Chrysler 300's in the same year we could look at and they could cut us a fair deal for our convenience. We were told no and that they couldn't come close to the price of the car we were looking for! Didn't even try! So we saw 0 cars after driving over 2 hours. At this point it was already close to 1 pm, we figured if we left asap we could make it back across the state to Venice and get the car. We had called the Venice dealership and they said they had it and they would wait for us. We ended up purchasing the car but it was a long 12 hour day of driving! The service level we received at Airport CDJ was awful and the sad part is we didn't receive an apology and they didn't even make an attempt to try to salvage our business. Rating - 0! The only reason I gave them a 2 was because their coffee was good! Don't waste your time here. Cheaper is not always better!! More

A few people asked if I was okay and I wasn’t considering any help but Justin was attentive and helpful in showing me around the lot at some cars I had found online and wanted to see in person. Unfortunately the cars I saw online lacked what I was looking for in person. But I was still gracious for Justin’s help. I will be back if I can find vehicle I am in search of! Thank you. More
