I am a disabled United States Marine Veteran. I purchased a vehicle here less than six months ago and the vehicle is not working properly. Came to dealership for assistance and they tell me that I purchased a vehicle here less than six months ago and the vehicle is not working properly. Came to dealership for assistance and they tell me that I must keep the vehicle because I either have to pay $15k down to trade in a vehicle that they sold me. This is creating a huge burden for me since I need a vehicle that works properly as it’s designed. They will move mountains to get you in a vehicle but won’t help when they sell you a vehicle that doesn’t work. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE. More

I bought my car a few years ago and just found this website, this dealership knew I was a first one buyer and took full advantage of me and tacked on over $10,000 in extras and fees so my $21,000 Jeep website, this dealership knew I was a first one buyer and took full advantage of me and tacked on over $10,000 in extras and fees so my $21,000 Jeep renegade at the time cost me over $30,000. They also had me sign a no return policy and left me completely oblivious and didn’t mention anything about that to me. On top of all that the car was rusting on the bottom that I didn’t notice until I got home and inspected it myself and they did nothing about it. More
Got a great Jeep! Love it...but Airport CDJ is the worst dealer I've ever worked with. It's long, but detailed for those that decide to visit still. I worked most o Love it...but Airport CDJ is the worst dealer I've ever worked with. It's long, but detailed for those that decide to visit still. I worked most of the stuff via email up front. Every Jeep Grand Cherokee had the basics and I was having a hard time finding one with the Luxury Tech II package. Found it here! They worked out a pretty decent deal on it. Wasn't great, but I didn't feel violated by the numbers (although...there are some questions that keep popping up after the fact). I asked the sales person if it had a receiver and he said it did before I signed anything so I was good. I got home, find out it's missing one crucial need - the ability to tow. We had communicated back and forth for the last 7 days and I thought we had built some trust. Days later and they'll get me the receiver in for free. That's great BUT...I had to be called a liar first and I also have to pay for the wiring harness out of pocket. So they fixed the problem halfway thinking it was going to make me a "happy customer". Cost of harness is $850 here, but I can go get it done at a shop for $150...that's violating for sure. Receiver didn't even have the bezel on it after it was done today. Lessons learned from Airport CDJ 1. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! Inspect everything, read every word and verify then reconfirm before you leave the lot. 2. Do not let them do just your signatures on the pad by explaining things like "this just says blah blah, you can sign there". That's a trick and the sales person I worked with just pushed a survey through with top ratings that way which is deceptive as xxxx. 3. Do not think they will help you. It's a business and they are there to get your money. This was my mistake - all of it - thinking I could trust a business. 4. Take pictures before you drop your car off in the service department. Multiple paint chips after picking it up from them but I'm done trying to talk to them. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future and will do my best to make sure others do as well, and I'll take these complaints to the state and FCA since the dealership obviously doesn't give a xxxx. Call to have 60k mile inspection and maintenance accomplished. Mike told me that Jeep recommends.that transfer case oil (at 60k) and differential oil (at 40k) needs to be changed. I asked where in accomplished. Mike told me that Jeep recommends.that transfer case oil (at 60k) and differential oil (at 40k) needs to be changed. I asked where in the owners manual it tells me that and he couldn’t tell me. He just said it’s what pops up on his screen and it’s recommended by Jeep. Looking at my owners manual maintenance section, those items only required inspections. There are some conditions that required these oils to be changed, but he never asked to see if I met those items, which I didn’t. More
