Terrible customer service and communication Custom built my 2018 Jeep Sahara. While we were told it usually takes 4-6 weeks, we had to wait 12 weeks. There was no plausible explanation as to the delay of the build. We were told several ETA dates, but not a single one was truly confirmed by the sales rep. Whenever we asked about the location of the vehicle he couldn't tell us. When we asked if our vehicle was part of the recall and if that is the cause for the delay, the sales rep wasn't even aware of any recalls. When our Jeep finally came in, we were shown how to remove the top and that's it. Granted we had told them we are on a time crunch, but they still had us wait inside for almost 4hrs. So they could've shown us a lot more. The sales rep did not give us his 100% attention. He kept bouncing between customers. Very unhappy. And to top it off, we received no kind of compensation or apology from anyone. My husband contacted the Business Development Manager at week 11, and all of a sudden the vehicle made it to the dealership within a week. The trade in offer we received on our vehicles was a joke as well. When I questioned it I received the standard answer of how they go by several different blue book websites and how much they could get for the car at an auction. When we requested the affiliate discount on the vehicle, we even had to point out that the math on the printout was incorrect. So if we wouldn't have paid any attention, they still would have charged us over $100 extra. Once we were finally done with the finance guy our sales rep was no where to be found. So we didn't even get the $100 we should've received for us not being introduced to the service department. More

After she showed me the first one, which happened to be the most expensive, I was ready for the same song and dance I got at the dealership I was at before. To my surprise, their first quote was only $15 more per month than I wanted to be. I was very happy that we were able to come to an agreement and drove home in that Charger an hour later.
