Worst internet sales department I’m very disappointed with this dealer personnel, specifically with Amber and Judson. We were interested in one of your Alpha Romeo models and sent th I’m very disappointed with this dealer personnel, specifically with Amber and Judson. We were interested in one of your Alpha Romeo models and sent them everything they’ve requested since we were buying with a trade in for my Mercedes-Benz. I’ve being the one chasing these two individuals for them to send me the estimate trade in value for my vehicle and is now 4:26pm and haven’t heard from any of them. We started our conversations since yesterday afternoon. I repeatedly ask to Judson for another sales person since apparently Amber is not interested at all in doing business with us. I was contacted then by Grace, which she hasn’t got back to me either... If this is the way you treat your future customers I can’t imagine how it will be when I need service done. Hope this feedback serve you as an example for the experience we had. We are definitely taking our business somewhere else. More
