Typical"used car salesman" mentality of management Did an internet buy of a 2018 Jeep Renegade. Salesman Dustin was very good. Put a deposit down on Friday for the vehicle because I was not able to get to the dealership ( two and a half hours from me ) till Monday. On Sunday night I saw the internet ad for My vehicle for 3 thousand dollars less. When I called about it I was told that it was put on line to entice people to come in to the dealership. I said that was false advertising and they AGREED with me. They said they do it all the time. The internet manager Eric gave me attitude about my vehicle and he acted like he was doing me a favor by not selling my vehicle on Monday if I made it there. Another person I would like to commend is Thad in the business office. He is the nicest,and most efficient person I have ever dealt with. One of the worst things of my experience was in the showroom. It was like entering Club 54. Harsh lighting and the most horrendous eardrum shattering music blaring the whole time I was in there. I had to yell twice to get them to lower the volume. You could not speak to the person next to you. I would not advise anyone to go to this dealership. More

The first price I was quoted from Andrew Cohen was literally thousands less than Arrigo West Palm. I was skeptical to say the least. I was sure there were qualifications I wouldn't meet. I started planning my drive to Orlando, ready to be disappointed. Chris from Arrigo called me the next day because they had "crazy things happening" (12 hours after he and his finance manager had given me a nearly full price quote). When I told Chris I was driving to Orlando to buy my new truck he said the deal would change when I arrived and asked if I really wanted to deal with a dealership in Orlando. The answer to both those questions is, the deal didn't change when I got here and it was well worth the drive. More
