Worst dealership experience ever. Worst experience ever with a Dealership. Pierre played all the old school used car salesman games including trying to get me to pay for $1361 dollars Worst experience ever with a Dealership. Pierre played all the old school used car salesman games including trying to get me to pay for $1361 dollars for refurbishing with new tires and brakes and cleaning the car. It had 3 original tires with 44k miles on them and one miss-matched tire on the front. What a liar. Then even though I was giving him two car keys for my car, he only had one for the 2017 Caravan I was buying and he wanted $399 for a second key (I got a deal key online for $45) and this was additional to the $998 dealer fee. After finally putting together a deal. He verbally promised me a new drivers floor mat that was missing. He told me it was in the car, it was not. I went back next day and he had left a very used one for me. After a talk with customer service two weeks later about my horrible experience, he mailed me a used one for the passenger side. Wrong side. Then I went back again and he gave me a old used worn out one again that was worse then the first one that I had gotten. which I didn't notice until I got home. For him to still pull this kind of move on me after all the problems and my complaints about him to the head of their customer satisfaction. He must not be able to be fired and I can't figure out why. I won't get into the used car salesman games that he pulled during the test drives and rides. Sad thing is that I came in already knowing which exact Caravan I wanted. I was trading a 2018 Sonata with only 7000 miles on it. So this deal should have been a slam dunk. And on top of it all....he first told me the car that I wanted wasn't available anymore. While I was standing right next to it on the lot. I don't say this a lot but he is a liar and seems that the entire dealership is as well. More
