Refuse to fulfill obligation Well , I removed my bad feedback and put it to pending as Airpot dodge claimed they would fix their wrong. When I purchased a $85,000 car from them, as they will do with anyone who buys if they owe you something the give you a we owe. For me it was a 120.00 or so part. They claim item are only held by the parts department , since I purchased the car on a Saturday late nite they could not get to it. I had to go back on Sunday to have the backup camera fixed. I figured since it was early morning they could get part. No chance the salesman acted like a total ass. Since he already made the sale he did not give one care in the world. Since then the management called me said they would take care of it, That has now been 3 weeks. If there is anything a new potential buyer can learn from this post is, They treat someone who has bought in the last 1.5 years a (2019 ram limited $64,045 plus all the other fees and plus a 2019 Dodge Challenger Redeye for $88,205 plus all the other fees, for a total of $154,647. If you are the normal person spending $30,000 or $40,000. HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT YOU AFTER THE SALE. I would not want to find out. More
