Don’t believe the online prices. We saw a price for $12,013 online. When we called the dealership they told us the out the door price was $16,365. When we asked about the difference Rob Moore was con $12,013 online. When we called the dealership they told us the out the door price was $16,365. When we asked about the difference Rob Moore was condescending and explained there was a “reconditioning” fee of 1173 and a second key fee of 600. It takes a lot to get us angry enough to leave a bad review but they sure did it. They wouldn’t even send a quote outlining all the fees. Don’t do business with rude people who bait and switch. More

I can't believe the phony reviews of this dealership After my horrible experience with this dealership, I read reviews of them going back over two years. While there were some horrible one star ratings, After my horrible experience with this dealership, I read reviews of them going back over two years. While there were some horrible one star ratings, there were plenty of 5 star ratings. I find this impossible to believe. I believe that these 5 star ratings are either paid for by the dealership, or writen by the dealership employees. There is no way some people like me were treated so badly ( from 3 different sales people ) and other people were treated so well. That cannot happen. So for those who want a true picture of a dealership, don't bother reading the phony 5 star reviews, read the one star reviews. The one star reviews cannot be phony. My wife does websites for businesses, and explained to me what businesses do by either paying people to write excellent reviews, asking friends to do them, or establishing phony names to write the reviews themselves. Avoid Manuel Trujillo I typically don't like to leave a negative review. However, after dealing with Manuel Trujillo I felt it was my obligation to. I was interested in pur I typically don't like to leave a negative review. However, after dealing with Manuel Trujillo I felt it was my obligation to. I was interested in purchasing a 2014 BMW X5 which was part of their used car inventory, so I filled out an inquiry form on their website and a couple days later I received a text from Manuel. I tried calling Manuel Tuesday morning after receiving the text, which turned out to be a challenge. When I did finally get a hold of Manuel, he sounded very pompous and condescending especially after I accidentally mispronounced his name, at that point I should of just politely hang up the phone and looked elsewhere for my next vehicle this was my first mistake. During our conversation I asked Manuel if he could provide me with additional information which was not available on the website. Manuel also said he was going to send me a walk around video as soon as he gets off the phone, although Manuel acknowledged my requests while on the phone I didn't think he was actually listening. I waited for Manuel's response and never got one so at evening I text Manuel to follow-up he indicated he is leaving work and will get back to me the next day. It is now Wednesday @ 9:44pm and still no answer form Manuel, I decided to send an email to Scott McAlpin the GM and requested he call me. At this point I am not sure if the X5 I was interested in is still available, due to Manuel's arrogant and neglectful actions my experience was horrible. Which left me with a bad impression of this dealership. I conveyed my experience with a few acquaintances and found out they had a similar experience, in the next few day's I'll talk to my recitatives about finding another dealer to service their vehicle. There are plenty of reputable dealerships along 436. Since Airport CDJR don't care for my business I'll go else where, however I did want to make sure I share my horrible experience with Manuel Trujillo. Respectfully, Bobby R More
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I literally went there today because they have a 2020 Pacifica Touring L advertised for $34,805. Everything went well until I sat with the Finance Manager who did not there today because they have a 2020 Pacifica Touring L advertised for $34,805. Everything went well until I sat with the Finance Manager who did not know the advertised price was different from the MSRP price. My daughter and I were there for 4 hours thinking we were going to take the Pacifica home. When I saw the breakdown of figures that is when I realized the price on the application was the MSRP price ($42K) instead of the advertised price. The finance manager informed the General Manager who did not have any consideration or care for customers. He did not honor the advertised price. We ended walking out and will never do business with them again. SO I URGE ALL OF YOU PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Stay away from these lying thieves ! The correct name of these low lives is Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. But whatever they are calling themselves, stay away from this dealer. If you The correct name of these low lives is Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. But whatever they are calling themselves, stay away from this dealer. If you don't feel like reading my whole review, just remember that I've been to more than 2 dozen dealerships in NY and FL. in my life, and most of them were horrible, but this place tops them all for deceiving, lying, and outright fraud. I saw several cars I wanted on the Cars.com website, and I called them. They handed me to a guy named Ray. I asked him to send me the exact dealer fees, with the out the door cash price for this car, plus a transfer tag. Simple question. They will never tell you all the fees until you arrive there. That's part of their game - lie to you just to get you in the door. Their website only disclosed a $998 " dealer fee" and a "reconditioning fee". I asked him what the reconditioning fee was, and he said he didn't know, it is different for every car. Really ? He didn't know ? I told him he should know or find out, because I wasn't driving 3 hours to find out. Then he said it as around $400. I told him to text me the exact fees and the out the door cash price. Now he sends me a text listing the $998 " dealer fee" and a $1,173 " re conditioning fee," and a total price. I told him I may trade in my car, and had a Carmax appraisal for it. He made an appointment for me to come in 2 days later. My wife and I arrive there on 5-16-20, during the Corona Virus epidemic, to find that not one of the sales people or managers had a mask on. Red flag # 1. And half the customers had none on either. And they had at least 15 sales people on the floor, all ignoring the mask, gloves and social distancing guidelines. In that county, at that time there was over 1,000 confirmed cases and at least 36 deaths from the virus. In the county where I Iive, this circus would not exist. They told me that Ray was busy, and to sit down at a table, and someone would be over to help us. Now this young salesman with a baseball cap on arrives and sits down 2- 3 feet from me, no mask on. We were wearing masks. My wife asked him if he was going to wear a mask. He got pissed and yelled, " You want me to leave ?" My wife said yes. He said, " I'll find you someone that has a mask." He walked away mad. Red flag #2. We had to wait about 20 minutes, then a female arrived named Millie, who put on a mask. We told her what just happened and she was shocked. She apologized for it. But the only thing I can say good about her is that she was polite and wore a mask. To make this nightmare as short as possible, Ray lied to me about the 2 dealer fees. When she put the sales proposal in front of me, it had 4 dealer fees ! Red flag #3. Now there was a 3rd one for $500 - a " commission fee," and and 4th for $599, a " 2nd key " fee. I went nuts on her. I showed her the texts from Ray listing the dealer fees. She didn't care, and stated, " We have to eat you know." Then I asked what this 2nd key charge was. She tells me the car only has one key, and if I want a 2nd one, it's $599." Really? I asked where the 2nd key was. She said, " Most used cars don't come with a 2nd key." I asked how they could be charging $599 for a key. She said, " That's what we pay for it, we are not making any money on the key." I then called a Kia dealership and asked how much this key was. $257 with tax. She still kept lying telling me that her dealership pays $599 for the key. Now she tells me if I don't want the key, she'll take of the $599, and I will only get one key. I told her to take $300 off for me to get the key, as well as that $500 commission fee that was never disclosed. She refused. After discussing it with my wife,we took the car, and only $300 was taken off for the key. Now I had the burden and cost to buy another key. I got that key for $195 from a mobile locksmith who came to my home. He told me the dealers call people like him whenever they need a key, and then try to make big money on the key as well. After I got the car home I noticed that all 4 tire valve caps were missing. I called the dealer to ask for her. They said she was busy and would call me back. She never did. Then I saw there was no washer fluid in the tank. I texted the original salesman Ray to ask if this car was inspected. He said yes, they get a 125 point inspection. I asked him how they could inspect a car and leave it missing all 4 valve caps and no washer fluid. He replied back, "I guess they missed that." I told him to send me the caps. I never heard back from him. This place does a ton of business, not only from new cars, but being near the airport in Orlando, they get a ton of late model used cars from the rental companies there. But this place is the lowest, deceiving liars I've ever dealt with, and I thought I experienced the lowest car dealers around. $599 for a 2nd key? I believe they hide all of the 2nd keys on used cars, trying to extort an extra massive charge. If anyone has experienced this fraud with them trying to charge you $599 for a 2nd key, please post it.
