Amazing team I can not express in words how impressed I am with Adventure Subaru Service Department. They really know how to treat and keep a loyal customer. I have always been very impressed with Subaru as a product and their customer service but this past month I had to have an expensive repair dont to my CVT. Not only did they give me a loaner to take home to Greenwood but they also went above and beyond to help me afford the repair and maintenance that need to be done on my car. I told them I wanted to keep my car in good working order for at least another 80,000 miles and that is exactly what they helped me do. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family!!!! More

Easy Peasy, NOT a lemon squeezy! Was in the market for the first brand new car of my life. I found the car of my dreams on their website. Both hubby and I were nervous, hoping that we weren't walking into a game of bait and switch as so often happened when we lived in LA. To our relief, the price paid was the price agreed on over the phone! And Shannon was so good, so patient! We got lost fairly quickly in Fayetteville. She came out twice; on our way to and our way outto lead us to where we needed to be! Above and beyond the call! T.G. was a delight and Mike was a dream to work with.
