The sales agent gave me a price going out the door on the lease and once I sat in the back room to finish the deal more money was added after I already paid. Lovely car but if I can get another car without having to interact with a dealership that’s the route I’ll be going. The two interactions I’ve had with this location between the purchase of the lease and the patching of a tire have left me very stressed. I have anxiety about coming back here for anything. More

A nightmare experience with Andy Zolinger and this Toyota Service department. Greed, Shobby lousy work and bad customer service with overcharging are the pillars of this service department. They took more than 9 months to diagnose and fix the high side line of my 4R and have me running up and down without providing a service loaner. Then they put in a defective hose. The quality of the work was poor. I worked for Subaru for I know the business. I talked with two other Toyota dealers and they told me that Andy is not doing the correct diagnostic test. Andy only want to write up orders and don’t care about a customer who services two cars there. They kept my car for three days and when I called to inquire the telephone reps hang up on me . The AC broke on me with my family on a hot day.. I had to pay $200 to evac and recharge because they didn’t do a good quality jobthe first time . Andy charged me over $1600 , very expensive for one AC Fix with with several days going back and forth. Then they scratch my car on the lot . Highly incov More
