Service was great - Andy is the best. However, I do find it galling that you charge 3% for credit/debit card payments. I understand that you are charged a small fee by the banks but that However, I do find it galling that you charge 3% for credit/debit card payments. I understand that you are charged a small fee by the banks but that should be baked into the price if it is that significant to you. In reality payment by card for big ticket items like car repair is standard these days and if you truly care about your customers you should not be penalizing them for it. More
