Worst dealer in New york. They always misguide you. With my experience they added $4000 warranty even I said no I don’t want it. I went back twice to this place but they alway They always misguide you. With my experience they added $4000 warranty even I said no I don’t want it. I went back twice to this place but they always always make story oh you’re first time buyer so can’t buy car without warranty. But after two weeks I sent latter to headquarters they removed without any issue. And i have contract with me i can have free oil change before 100k miles on my car. But after three oil change they said sorry we can’t do it free anymore. You have to pay $89 for oil change. I will never recommend this place to any my friends and family. More

The only thing I appreciated was the fact that I only paid $10 for inspection. I had a used Toyota before and I went to the service department only twice because of the terrible customer service from the employees and the outrageous and costly prices. Everyone that I interacted with needs more training regarding better customer service. More
