My car was there for three days and all they were able to do was change the battery. Granted it’s a adapted mini van but the battery change could have taken place In the drive way. I brought my car in for routine servicing and a brake job. Andy Zollinger, my Service Advisor handled my appointment well. Andy is honest and doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. He keeps you app job. Andy Zollinger, my Service Advisor handled my appointment well. Andy is honest and doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. He keeps you apprised of future issues that might crop up on your future visits and while you are at the Dealership he lets you know how long the repairs will take and the price. Andy is the main reason that I continue to purchase my cars from this Dealership (now on my 4th car from Advantage) and have my cars serviced there, even though there are other Toyota Dealerships closer to my home and business. More

The dealership is always clean, the staff are professional and courteous. The issue I had was that they stated my battery had corrosion and needed cleaning. Then few days later, my car stopped st professional and courteous. The issue I had was that they stated my battery had corrosion and needed cleaning. Then few days later, my car stopped starting. I returned to the dealership & was told I need a new battery. Why would they complete a “service” and clean a dead battery? Which came at an additional cost to me at $100+. I felt swindled. I had to return for them to run a “diagnostic at $180” for them to determine that my battery was no good. And charge me an additional $282 for the cost of a new battery. Would you feel swindled? More
