This dealership is horrible in service. Everyone who owns a Toyota don’t take your vehicle here you will regret it trust me. Long story short my vehicle was left here for a month and a half Everyone who owns a Toyota don’t take your vehicle here you will regret it trust me. Long story short my vehicle was left here for a month and a half for a water leak on the dual sunroof on my Toyota Sienna. This was my 2nd time I had to visit Advantage Toyota for this same issue the first time was on the front sunroof. I had water stains running from both sides of the headliner as well one running all the way to the rear driver side. I have a 2019 Toyota Sienna dual sunroofs. It was not the drain tubes clogged they were clean on both sunroofs. They told me the front sunroof had a crack on the sub assembly that where the water was coming from and I went to see it for myself and the technician showed me. My vehicle was left at there facility for almost 2 months because I had to go through my insurance to get a new sunroof and a headliner parts and labor almost $8000. Toyota never cover the sunroof told me I was out my factory warranty. I made sure that I told my service advisor Mr. Travis Cobbs to make sure that the water leak that was on the rear driver side fixed before the new headliner was replaced and he told me technician says everything is good no leaks so I took his word and the technician. Few months later here I am at Advantage Toyota for a water leak on the REAR DRIVER SIDE water was actually coming from the third row seat belt had a video to even show Mr. Travis Cobbs. My vehicle was left there for a few days for the same technician that previously worked on it the first time to diagnose where the water was coming from the REAR DRIVER SIDE again. This technician could not find where the water was coming from so my vehicle had to stay there for a few days no answer to my problem. I was very upset that they never could of find where the water was coming from all though an $8000 job was previously done months ago and they told me there was no more leaks. I had to literally go unexpectedly and ask Mr. Travis Cobbs to see my vehicle because I needed to know if they were working on my vehicle. When I got to my vehicle nothing was done it was covered with snow parked at the back of the shop outside on the windshield had snow covered on it headliner was never dropped although my service advisor mentioned it was. I was furiously angry that I went straight to the service manager Mr. Xavier Ascencio explained to him what’s going on and he told me he will deal with it. They eventually had to get a Toyota field technician from higher up to come down and figure out where this leak was coming from. Toyota field technician was able to pin point where the leak was coming from and told them it was from the moonroof sub assembly. Apparently the moonroof rear driver side adhesive that holds the drain tube in place was not sticking and had to be replaced. Toyota did not take full responsibility about this manufacture defect so I had to pay out of pocket for there mistake. Parts and labor $2800 had to get it repaired. This was another big job that had to be fixed my headliner and interior panels had to removed to get this part fixed. I kept telling my service advisor and the service manager please make sure that when putting everything back together please make sure the headliner is not damaged. My service advisor kept telling me headliner looks good so I went for his word. The service Manager Mr. Xavier Ascencio told me himself that if my guys damage anything in your vehicle they will replace it. Come to find out the day my service advisor calls me and told me the vehicle was ready and I got there guess what headliner was damaged and some of my panels was scratched up. I told them am not taking my vehicle like this and I want a new headliner so this prolong everything again. They replaced my headliner but I had to speak with service manager Mr. Xavier Ascencio about the scratched up panels when I approached him politely he tried to ignore me and told me he can’t talk right now how professional More
