A bit of a delay in getting checked in. The guys who checked me in were friendly and courteous. This was my first visit to this dealership, the signs showing the entrance to the service entrance was a l checked me in were friendly and courteous. Patricia was busy at first but acknowledged me and apologized for the delay once she was ready. Other reps didn't even make eye contact. Patricia was very friendly and professional. She listened to all I asked and answered with professionalism. Once the car was ready, she went over what was done and explained what service I may need next time. No pressure from her at all. More
Made an appt for service at 815am which meant nothing because it seems to be first come first served. I was coming for a 5000 mile maintenance which includesnan oil change and tire rotation. I was told by my service manager that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. To make a long story short, over 3 hours later i was told by Paul my car was ready with no attempt to explain or apologize for the absurd wait for an oil change. Needless to say I will never be going back to Advantage Toyota. More

I visited this dealer to ask about servicing my vehicle. I waited 15 minutes in the "service" office and still on one spoke to me. This is the most disgusting level of customer service for a dealership. As I waited 15 minutes in the "service" office and still on one spoke to me. I bought two cars there and this is first maintenance for my Prius. Patti took care of it quickly on Friday evening when i dropped it off, and even informed me of future maintenance that was paid for. She my Prius. She called me on Saturday to let me know when it was going "into maintenance", gave me an estimated time it would be ready, and called to tell me when it was done. When I came to pick it up, she explained the report, and also gave me information on my wife's car (her Corolla's first maintenance is due soon), and advice on when I could bring it in. All this information and service was given cheerfully, and courteously. I enjoyed having her as our service rep, and the service was excellent as well!! I would recommend this location for anyone owning a Toyota. Very well organized. More
