the wait was too long. they also opened up 15 minutes late. Every-time i go there the wait is unbelievably long. As always, the service here was excellent. I needed a NY State Inspection and it took only one hour for everything to be done. Jamell was very courteous and helpful. So was the attendant who made sure my State Inspection and it took only one hour for everything to be done. Jamell was very courteous and helpful. Took my Prius in for its 6 month/1 year service, under the warranty. Everybody was very polite. Service took a little over one hour. Waiting area is very nice. When it was done, I was presented with t the warranty. Everybody was very polite. Service took a little over one hour. Waiting area is very nice. I was a very Happy customer. I went for an oil change. I came to the service department where they ask what type of services are needed, and I was greeted by Patti at Customer Service. She was sooooo nice, came to the service department where they ask what type of services are needed, and I was greeted by Patti at Customer Service. She was sooooo nice, she asked what I had came in for and I told her, then she took me in at her desk and did the computer work order. And then we had a nice conversation. She is such a sweetheart soooo nice and understanding. I had told her I was having an Excellent day with Customer Service representatives. So I would recommend that if you stop by say Hello to Patti. I brought in my Advantage purchase Prius (bought last year post-Sandy to replace my Sandy destroyed Prius) for a complimentary State inspection.
