Employee crashed my car cough on my dash cam. I was not notified about the damage when I picked up the car, everybody just pretended nothing had happened. Fortunately, I have installed dash camera on my car and found out the truth afterward. In additional to surface damage, the left side sliding door began to rattle randomly when drive on rough road and there is a "bang" noise when first open the door after parking for a long time(over night). Professional staffing results in positive outcomes I've been a loyal patron of the service dept. for several years. You pay more for labor but whatever the problem. The long wait time is still a downside at this dealership surprisingly since they've moved to a much larger facility. But all in all its a better experience than other of the nearby dealerships. Excellent Sevice that you don't normally find I purchased a Toyota Sienna about a year ago and had a really good overall experience. The process was quick and the salesman was very helpful. Standard maintenance I was very pleased with my experience. Initially, I thought that my car was still within it's Toyota care timeframe as it was purchased as new in Dece I was very pleased with my experience. Initially, I thought that my car was still within it's Toyota care timeframe as it was purchased as new in December 2012. I was informed, however, that it's Toyota care had expired October 1st - news to me. My advisor explained what had likely happened (car used as a demo prior to my purchasing it and I had just not been informed of this at the time of purchase). Because of this, my advisor did what he could to make the cost more reasonable and that's good customer service in my book. Thank you! More
