Great Experience: Kevin (liais)/Oswald (mech)/Melissa (cash) I had to have a few repairs, and 3 recall updates, done to my 2009 RAV-4. Kevin T. Baker - my maintenance liaison - was in constant communication wit I had to have a few repairs, and 3 recall updates, done to my 2009 RAV-4. Kevin T. Baker - my maintenance liaison - was in constant communication with me. He, and the mechanic, Oswald, were always courteous, and helped me to understand every aspect throughout the entire 3-day experience. Kevin did seem to go above-and-beyond in looking out for me as a customer, and I thank him for his efforts! In the end, the problems were solved, and I have "my old vehicle back"! ... Melissa, the cashier I worked with, was also very pleasant, professional, and has a good sense of humor...and beautiful, artistic, "Frederica Kruger" fingernails! More
