Good service people, lousey sales staff My Camry was leased from Sunrise Toyota, because the sales people at Advantage were far from professional, and antagonized this 3 lease customer. Oil change Oil spilled on engine cover / oil fill spout. Excess oil dripped from oil filter or somewhere in engine compartment on my home driveway. Overall, messy oil change job. I was not happy. Better care should have been taken to ensure there was no excess oil in and under vehicle. It was clean when brought in and should have been returned the same way before leaving the service department. I should not have to get under my car to clean excess oil after service. Also grease smudges on driver side floor mat. I expect this from my local gas station, not a Toyota dealership I would expect a response to my comments. However I have given a excellent rating More
