Employee crashed my car cough on my dash cam. I was not notified about the damage when I picked up the car, everybody just pretended nothing had happened. Fortunately, I have installed dash camera on my car and found out the truth afterward. In additional to surface damage, the left side sliding door began to rattle randomly when drive on rough road and there is a "bang" noise when first open the door after parking for a long time(over night). More

Professional staffing results in positive outcomes I've been a loyal patron of the service dept. for several years. You pay more for labor but whatever the problem. The long wait time is still a downside at this dealership surprisingly since they've moved to a much larger facility. But all in all its a better experience than other of the nearby dealerships.
