Oil change Oil spilled on engine cover / oil fill spout. Excess oil dripped from oil filter or somewhere in engine compartment on my home driveway. Staining th Oil spilled on engine cover / oil fill spout. Excess oil dripped from oil filter or somewhere in engine compartment on my home driveway. Staining the brick paver in the driveway. Overall, messy oil change job. I was not happy. Better care should have been taken to ensure there was no excess oil in and under vehicle. It was clean when brought in and should have been returned the same way before leaving the service department. I should not have to get under my car to clean excess oil after service. Also grease smudges on driver side floor mat. I expect this from my local gas station, not a Toyota dealership I would expect a response to my comments. However I have given a excellent rating More

Great Experience: Kevin (liais)/Oswald (mech)/Melissa (cash) I had to have a few repairs, and 3 recall updates, done to my 2009 RAV-4. Kevin T. Baker - my maintenance liaison - was in constant communication wit I had to have a few repairs, and 3 recall updates, done to my 2009 RAV-4. Kevin T. Baker - my maintenance liaison - was in constant communication with me. He, and the mechanic, Oswald, were always courteous, and helped me to understand every aspect throughout the entire 3-day experience. Kevin did seem to go above-and-beyond in looking out for me as a customer, and I thank him for his efforts! In the end, the problems were solved, and I have "my old vehicle back"! ... Melissa, the cashier I worked with, was also very pleasant, professional, and has a good sense of humor...and beautiful, artistic, "Frederica Kruger" fingernails! More
