Best Toyota service department I went for service for my 2013 Toyota Prius V. I needed my New York State Inspection and I had a few things that I wanted to get looked at. Rafael he I went for service for my 2013 Toyota Prius V. I needed my New York State Inspection and I had a few things that I wanted to get looked at. Rafael helped me out through the whole process explaining to me what was going to be done on my car. In the end nothing was found wrong with the car which is great because since Saturday my car has been driving beautifully. Rafael is amazing! More

Always Very happy I have always been been very happy with the service and staff at Advantage Toyota. Service Manager Mr. Andy Zollinger is a positive asset at Advantag I have always been been very happy with the service and staff at Advantage Toyota. Service Manager Mr. Andy Zollinger is a positive asset at Advantage. He is always happy to be of assistance and always able to provide guidance to customers. I booked an appointment with him to get our 2016 Rav4 in for its first annual service which includes NYS inspection and tire rotation, oil & filter change and the multi point checkups. I explained to Mr. Zollinger that the radio sound began to go on and off just yesterday and that this was the first time that it happened in the year we owned the Rav4. He seemed to already know what the problem was. I was afraid that the radio somehow had already gone bad, although we had hardly used it in the last year of ownership. The service was completed more quickly than I expected and the radio just needed a software update. I would also like to add that while waiting for the service dept , I went to the parts dept. for some items that I have been wanting for the Rav4. I was helped by a Mr. Chris Punger. It seems that I have a special color paint on this vehicle and he used the Service record that I had in my possession to be able to match the proper color touch up for it. (just in case) I also have been wanting a cargo net and some advice on waxes or polishes, or just which is better to use on this vehicle, and how - to's to keep the plastics on the vehicle preserved and looking like new. He was friendly, patient, and a great source of knowledge and is a great asset at Advantage Toyota. I very much appreciated his assistance and guidance. This overall experience earned a five star review. More
