I was not kept informed. I called and text number provided however never got a response. I had to keep going to Travis' office at least 3 times to get updates. I would have liked to be given the option of leaving and returning another time at the dealership to complete the work. I didn't hear until the end that a machine had broken down causing delays. Communication is key! More

The car was kept for more than a week but still was not ready, there was 4x4 part which got replaced under warranty but the car was not tested for 10 hrs as per the Toyota protocol.
