However I am very disappointed to learn on my visit in March that the annual inspection I was promised at purchase will no that I regularly receive. Excellent Service Service was well organized you get in quickly. I went home they called to let me know what needed to be done and that they had to order a part. the ca Service was well organized you get in quickly. I was a little unsure of how the pickup process works. I wasn't sure if they have a designated area to go to pick up my car so I went to where I dropped off the car one of the service people was going in I gave him my name and he came out with my keys. I have no complaints but it would be nice if they go over the pickup process when you drop off your car. More

I would like to thank you for a great experience at Advantage Toyota. My car would not start and after the road side assistance technician gave me a boost I took the car to Toyota and they were able t Advantage Toyota. My car would not start and after the road side assistance technician gave me a boost I took the car to Toyota and they were able to give me a new battery and service my car. The staff was courteous efficient and so helpful during this worrisome time of corona virus. They made everything go so smoothly. I am truly thankful for these frontline workers !!! More
Organized and clean I only waited 10-15 minutes to drop off my car (due to current pandemic crisis) and was clearly told that service times would be delayed. Within 3 ho I only waited 10-15 minutes to drop off my car (due to current pandemic crisis) and was clearly told that service times would be delayed. Within 3 hours car was ready for pick-up. Car was clean and work completed (state inspection & annual 19 point inspection & oil change). Thank you Advantage Toyota, and stay safe. More

Not good The service technician was dismissive and uncaring because I had purchased a used Honda not a Toyota.. I did not have the extended warranty nor did he The service technician was dismissive and uncaring because I had purchased a used Honda not a Toyota.. I did not have the extended warranty nor did he offer it again. I subsequently had a major repair done on the car. Although as promised on purchase unlimited car washes. They did not wash the car. This is not a major issue, just saying, They changed my oil without incident. FYI I subsequently found out through inspection by my mechanic that the car was in a major accident prior to my purchase. This was not apparent on the CARFAX given to me by the salesman and may have contributed to the very low mileage at the time of purchase. More
