Too long a wait (over 2.5 hours for a 15 minute basic serice I am quite disappointed at this service experience. I even sent email to the Service Manager (Mr. Widder) two (2) weeks ago, expressing my concern and I am quite disappointed at this service experience. I even sent email to the Service Manager (Mr. Widder) two (2) weeks ago, expressing my concern and he has not bothered to reply to my email. I have been a very loyal client of your dealership for the past 2 years and I am surprised I am being treated this way. For my new RAV4, the work only involved topping off the fluids and yet my car, which arrived on time, was put on hold in favor of other clients. When i asked the technicians and the service rep, no one was able to give me a convincing response. Also, I do not understand why the Service Rep has to prepare the service request paper by pressing his pen on the front hood, causing potential scratch. Can't the dealership provide the service reps with a pad to put the sheet on? More

One word "complete hoax", oh I meant two words. First, they gave me an appointment but yet I was lined up for almost an hour to drop off my vehicle. Secondly, when I dropped off the vehicle I told the associate that the air pressure in my back left tire was low, but the vehicle was returned with the air pressure still at low. All they did was rotate the tires and reset the clock that notifes me that my vehicle needs servicing again. Lastly, they made a mess in my vehicle and left it. I know that we are experiencing an unprecedented disease that requires that you cover the steering wheel and frequently touched places in the vehicle to keep safe. However, don't leave the garbage you create in people's vehicles. Please remove the plastics that are placed in the vehicle to service it, because they are dirty and torn up. Thank you. I always service my vehicle at this dealership, but I was very disappointed when I picked up my vehicle yesterday. P.S. A lady called for me to make payment over the phone and she was breaking up, I asked that she repeated herself and she was very rude about it. So I told her that I will pay via cash and because of that she said that I have to be there before 03:40 pm. Does this mean that payments are not allowed after that time? More

when i returned the following week with my car, the staff took care of the problem right away and i was glad that i was given some type of priority. My only complaint is that i was charged too much for the took care of the problem right away and i was glad that i was given some type of priority.
