Not organized dealing with customers, I came there for oil change and my inspection for 2019 Toyota forerunner when I came there I pulled into the service and this guy came up to me and said they send som oil change and my inspection for 2019 Toyota forerunner when I came there I pulled into the service and this guy came up to me and said they send somebody around so the person is coming back so I had to back up my car and let the other person inAnd he wasn’t explaining the situation at all he was saying was oh there’s somebody before you and I told him when I came in there was nobody there in front of me and they were treating me like I was cutting the line when there was nobody there when I pulled up.I Purchased all my car from Advantage Toyota not coming there for a service not coming there for a new car More

They are under staffed and not doing a thorough job! I had my breaks fixed and they forgot to tighten the bolts!! Being short staffed is unacceptable and dangerous!!! If you are short staffed, you should limit the amount of cars you work on and do a test drive before handing over the car! Driving it in the lot is not sufficient and can not detect a problem. This service department is very poorly managed and pray no one has safety issues with their car after a repair and causes an accident l! More

Too long a wait (over 2.5 hours for a 15 minute basic serice I am quite disappointed at this service experience. I even sent email to the Service Manager (Mr. Widder) two (2) weeks ago, expressing my concern and I am quite disappointed at this service experience. I have been a very loyal client of your dealership for the past 2 years and I am surprised I am being treated this way. For my new RAV4, the work only involved topping off the fluids and yet my car, which arrived on time, was put on hold in favor of other clients. When i asked the technicians and the service rep, no one was able to give me a convincing response. Also, I do not understand why the Service Rep has to prepare the service request paper by pressing his pen on the front hood, causing potential scratch. Can't the dealership provide the service reps with a pad to put the sheet on? More
