The service advisor was unhelpful, lacked compassion, and failed to provide timely updates—I had to call for information myself. This was disappointing, especially since I’ve previously received great service from the same dealership. While I believe this was an isolated incident, it certainly fell short of the high standard I had come to expect. I hope they address these issues to prevent similar frustrations for future customers. More
