Then when I received the call that my car was ready, and I got there, I stood around for 15 minutes for no reason. Someone should have just noticed I was there and asked to help me, but no, instead I had to scream out to try to get someone's attention. The service people were nice, but there is no organization in the process, and the customers are not treated well. There were a lot of aggravated people there. If it weren't for the recall, I would never go back Toyota. Horrible! More
