Service Review My appointment was at 1:30 pm. My car was taken in at 12:30 pm for a service. Around 4:00 pm, I was told that the technician recommended the rear lig My appointment was at 1:30 pm. My car was taken in at 12:30 pm for a service. Around 4:00 pm, I was told that the technician recommended the rear lights be changed and that two tires were "rotten" [per their words] and that they were going to return my car because it was closing time. I told them that my rear lights could not be in need of replacement because they were working well the whole day; that I had checked them before coming. The Toyota Associate [Margie Bonel Flore] told me that I had to take the car because it was time to close the center, wherein I told her that she couldn't send me without lights should the cops pull me over, she went to speak with the manager. As per the manger's orders, they brought my car back in to replace the bulbs; for which I was charged. Before I left the dealer, I asked about my tires, if they needed to be changed soon and they told me that they should last me until the next service. The following day, on my way to work, I had to go to a local mechanic to put air in my tires, then I retuned to the mechanic to question about the tire pressure because once again the tpms light was on. Upon inspection the mechanic found 2 identical nails in my left 2 tires. Due to the fact that my car came out worse from the service, than when I went in, I wonder if any true maintenance was performed, especially since I payed almost $180 for that visit. More

I am usually very pleased with Advantage, which is why I brought my car for the 6-month service check-up, recall, and State inspection. However, this time was terrible. I called three times to get an estima brought my car for the 6-month service check-up, recall, and State inspection. However, this time was terrible. I called three times to get an estimate on service time without any response or follow up. It was only when I arrived on time and waited 40 minutes to be seen that I was told I had to leave the car overnight. Cost me $130 round trip in a taxi. I could have chosen a dealer much closer to my home. I will make other choices in the future. More
My appts normally take under two hours max, however this appt took over 4 hours and I was on time. I was told at 8am to expect to be there all day but I complained a little.
