Dropped my car off on a Thursday they said that I'll get the car back by 11am on Friday. So I took the day off from work and never got a call about the car being ready. I called back at around 4:30pm the woman who answered the phone said they were closed and that I should call back at 7am on Saturday. I finally got a call back on Saturday at around 9am saying that I can come pick up the car. More

Not only was the service amazing, but the dealership made every effort to ensure that they were in compliance with the regulations stipulated by the state. Had an appointment. Got there on time, first car in line. Waited in car, waited for someone to confe to me, all they did was have me move up, and for about 20 minutes watched them check in every car b line. Attempted to get out of car to talk to someone, I only got yelled at to go back in my car. This happened twice, till I had enough, got out of my car, shut the car and locked out and was going to leave it there for them to deal with. The rep I dealt with a female who is not on your list above, kept telling me over the phone they are going to charge me for things that are obviously covered under my extended exuberant. They are charge happy, wanted to charge me $75 to replace a lightbulb that costs $5 and change that got replaced for free in order to pass my inspection. $145 was charged for basically nothing they didn't even put the new registration sticker that they said they would on my car. Went to a better mechanic, wasn't charged to replace the light only charged for inspection which I passed with flying colors. I believe since sales are down they are trying to make the revenue elsewhere. I will never have a service done there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
