The service department was very crowded as I arrived yet they were able to get my car in Right away. The service department said they would call when my car was finished, but to be there by 4:00 because the they were able to get my car in Right away. After waiting 5 hours I was handed keys and told car was to the left or right of doors, could not find. Went back inside and told service to have someone get it for me,said he cold not because of covid I W to the left or right of doors, could not find. I went in for my Toyota Corolla recall. I had to wait about 3 hours but that was what I was told so it was expected. I had made an appointment another day at 10:30am and had to come back/ rr- schedule be about 3 hours but that was what I was told so it was expected. I had made an appointment another day at 10:30am and had to come back/ rr- schedule because the line of cars was so long that just to be checked in would have taken it seemed an hour even though I I had an appointment which was a bit ofan inconvenience. I returned an made the appointment very early for the next time. It generally ran very smoothly. Someone came to the waiting room to inform me when the work was completed. However, I noticed afterward that I had a missed a call on my cell phone from Toyota/ the office over 10 mins before and had not heard the phone ring. I wished they had come to find me in the waiting room where I had told them I'd be waiting when they tried to call, so I was a bit annoyed. I also then had to search for my car all the way at the end where it was parked by the side exit/driveway. By the way, my rating for the service people is only 3 because I was forced to enter something to submit this. I have no idea who my service person was. More
The oil change took a little longer than expected, approximately 6 hours. The service advisor Andy also ignored me when I went to pick up my car. Another associate was kind enough to ask if I was being helped, that associate checked me out. More

I purchased my brand new 2019 Rav 4 from Valley Stream in Dec 2019, the dealership was very happy for the sale. Fast forward to July 2020 my car was stolen and recovered and I brought it to Valley to be repr Dec 2019, the dealership was very happy for the sale. Fast forward to July 2020 my car was stolen and recovered and I brought it to Valley to be reprogrammed. I had been exhausted from the night before filling out police reports etc. apart from the fact that Toyota Valley Stream say I wasn’t qualified for $1000.00 I was applying for to reprogram the car they advised me that I could have gotten my car back on Saturday. I ended up having to call Toyota Valley stream because no one called me to provide an update only to be told the department was closed and won’t be reopen until Monday. I’m writing this today (my birthday) and not only did I have to deal with the theft of my vehicle but the lack of care by Toyota Valley Stream. Thank you Toyota of Valley Stream for helping me to have one of the worst birthday of my life. All you guys are interested in is getting persons to purchase a car so you can get the loan and nothing else. No customer service skills, no empathy, nothing.... More
