Service manager was professional and friendly. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before my scheduled appointment. I had some questions which he called me back on promptly. The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 rating is the fact that I was told when I bought the car at your dealership that I was entitled to free oil changes for as long as I owned the car and they didn’t honor that. Also, they couldn’t find my car when I went to pick it up. I had to walk through the parking lot and find it myself. The 2 gentlemen who were there couldn’t care any less. More

Appointment was to fix an issue they didn’t have the part for the first time. They never called to say the part was in. When I made the appointment I asked them to call to confirm the part was in and they di for the first time. They never called to say the part was in. There was no reminder for the appointment, they changed the oil but refused to put on a new sticker or put the info into the car. Website says free car wash but no car wash on premise for years. Can’t wait for my contract to be up so I don’t need to go there ever again, More

Lame Service This is the slimiest service / leasing dealership you can ever find, the people are rude and the service manager (Andy) is a lowlife. Took the car the This is the slimiest service / leasing dealership you can ever find, the people are rude and the service manager (Andy) is a lowlife. Took the car there to be serviced which is a new lease of Toyota Camry 2020 that have only 10,000 miles on it and the breaks are squeaking which is obviously a manufacture warranty issue! I've been getting excuses from every employee in that dealership such as: NY weather is very moistly, there is nothing wrong with the breaks, there is rust on the rotors, there is no break noise... I explained that this noise is happening every time that we stop at a red light and they refuse to listen or to understand and coming with all different reasons why not to take care of this issue... We also requested a loaner and the lady is claiming that they do have (36) cars as loaners but they are not giving them a way due to the Corona virus which is ridicules (Does the car have a virus?) Overall, we had a person on a payroll taking the car to this location and spending 4 hours each time and about 200 miles to get the car to be serviced Very disappointing to hear this from a big manufacture, very lame performance More
