Hi, I am writing to you as you suggested based on my review.  My concern is that I again was allowed to leave service dept. with a bad airbag sensor light still on my dashboard.    I was the one that had to express my concern not a representative.  How can you let a customer drive away with a warning light on car, its a safety issue.  When asked he pulled my "file" to show me the code that shows the reason that light was lit on dashboard which is not part of recall (surpringly to me, 2nd recall but this is not part of service)?!! I asked for copy of the page where it was showing the code soni can have a mechanic try to fit. He stated he couldn't make me a copy as its TOYOTA 'S PROPERTY.  I tried to take a picture but he rolled the page code on the picture was not readable.  I called twice to get the code and was left on hold both times for over 15 mins.  I hung up.  I left two messages for the general manager Tommy Coppola. Its been 3 weeks still with no response.  Still have light on dashboard.  I just want the code that is triggering the fault or misfiring to the airbag sensor.  Thank you Maritza
